Normally I don't write reviews but these actually worked better than the other "alcohol alternatives" that I've tried. My mood noticeably improved and I felt a relief from pent up anxiety from the day about 30 minutes after taking 2.

Great movie night addition. Definitely take on an empty stomach though. The first time I took these I ate a big meal beforehand and didn't feel the effects at all.

Better than Ashwagandha
