REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Eclipse Brands, we stand by the quality of our products. We want you to feel confident in your journey to relaxation and focus.

1. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (FIRST ORDER ONLY)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first purchase of any specific product type (e.g., your first bottle of Eclipse Relax).

  • How it works: If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us at contact@eclipserelax.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • The Refund: We will issue a full refund for the cost of one (1) bottle/unit of the product.
  • Limit: This guarantee applies to one unit per product type per customer.
    • Example: If you purchase 3 bottles of Eclipse Relax and are not satisfied, we will refund you for 1 bottle. The remaining bottles are considered final sale unless returned unopened (see Section 2).
  • Return Shipping: For the single opened bottle covered under this guarantee, no return shipping is required. You may keep or dispose of the product.

2. STANDARD RETURNS (UNOPENED ITEMS)

For purchases that fall outside the "First Order Guarantee" (including repeat orders or extra quantities on a first order):

  • Condition: We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products only.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Procedure: Email us to request a Return Authorization. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the unopened return, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
  • Exclusions: Opened or tampered products (outside of the single unit covered in Section 1) are non-refundable.

3. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS (Please Read Carefully)

  • Cancellation Responsibility: Subscriptions must be cancelled before your next billing date to avoid a charge. You can cancel anytime via your account portal or by emailing us.
  • No Refunds on Renewals: If your subscription renews and the order has already been processed/shipped, we cannot issue a refund for that specific renewal shipment unless the products are returned to us unopened (subject to Section 2).
  • Alerts: We will send a reminder email 3 days before your renewal charge to give you ample time to adjust or cancel.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@eclipserelax.com.
  • Include a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box.
  • We will immediately send a replacement free of charge. No return is necessary for damaged items.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment (Credit Card/Authorize.net).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
